Another product from Evoline USA works in almost the same way, but with a few added bells and whistles. This was our product of choice for the island in our new kitchen. It blends into the countertop and is easy to use. The only tricky part was deciding which cabinet to install the outlet in, and to make sure it was accessible once the counters were installed.

Jan, I’m glad that you like product! The grommet size is 4″. We installed it in our island and love it! The unit is easy to pull up, the plugs are hidden, and the stainless top blends into our counter top. You can only find this particular product on line.
